PURCHASING REGULATION

Please read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Making a purchase is a confirmation of acceptance of the regulations.

1.You can place orders online,contacting us on facebook or vist us in a stationary store.

2.After receiving confirmation of order processing on our part, the client settles the amount due within 48 hours. Please send us a confirmation of payment.

3.Orders are processed within three working days from receiving confirmation of payment.

4.Parcels are send by Royal Mail:

*2nd class with signature – small parcel up to 2kg – £4.20/insured £50

*2nd class with signature – medium parcel up to20kg – £9.97 / insured £50

Special shipping is possible for an additional fee in accordance with the Royal Mail price list.

According to the Royal Mail Directive, the parcel is delivered within 3-5 days / standard, but can take up to 14 days

If you do not receive your parcel within 14 days of placing the order, please contact us.

10.Return/exchange of goods:

*Goods from the sale are not to be returned or replaced

*In case of an order of the wrong size, the goods can be replaced( the goods must be returned the next day after receipt of the parcel, unused with a tags still on and recipe)for the same model in a different size (depending on availability in stock) or for another product at the same price or for a more expensive one –the customer covers the price differences – the cost of deliveries is covered by the customer – please send the exchanged goods with confirmation of receipt.

*Only defective goods are refundable. In this case, you must contact us on the day of receipt of the goods and send them back up to one week after receiving the package, otherwise the return may not be taken into account.

11.The cost of returning the products for reasons not resulting from the fault of the boutique must be covered by client.

12.The cost of returning the products for reasons resulting from the fault of the boutique is borne by the seller – defective or mistakenly sent product, product in a different color or size than the one ordered by the customer.
